ADVANCED MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS
AMS provides a high precision laser tracking support service to the aerospace and defense industry. We bring comprehensive and extensive experience along with a resume of project support and completion. Our suppliers include but are not limited to Northrop Grumman, SpaceX, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, General Atomics and many more to just name a few. Our experience in the aerospace production assembly tooling field covers all aspects such as the use of laser trackers (Leica, Faro, and API) , multiple softwares (Verisurf, SA), blueprint reading and interpretations. Ability to operate conventional machines including bridgeports, power / pneumatic tools and a variety of hand held measuring devices used to manufacture high precision tooling, flight parts, holding fixtures, molds, and assembly jigs. We have the ability to collect and analyze data to model specifications. Setup and operate laser trackers and software, fit and assemble parts, drill jigs, fixtures and gauges. We have a broad understanding of tooling methods and materials.
PRECISION MEASUREMENT SERVICES
ATT’sprecision measurement servicesinclude assembly, alignment and inspection of tools and production parts, verification of manufacturing processes, first article inspection, tool routine, tool maintenance, analysis of measurement data and reverse engineering of measurement data into surfaces and CAD models.
Our team of measurement specialists and project managers has a diverse and lengthy background in the use of three-dimensional measurement systems and software packages on all manner of objects under a wide array of environmental conditions.
ATT is equipped with a wide array of complementary measurement systems and software that ensure ATT has the right solution to meet your measurement needs. We currently feature Laser Trackers, Laser Scanners, Portable Coordinate Measuring Machines (PCMMs), Total Stations, Theodolites, Integrated Systems, and Photogrammetry systems.
We utilize the latest in 3D software including Metrolog, Spatial Analyzer, Verisurf, GeoMagic and Polyworks as well as the legacy software AXYZ and Insight. ATT is continually adding the latest in equipment and software to our inventory to meet our customers’ needs.
