AMS’s onsite support team works with manufacturing engineering departments in developing solutions to highly complex mechanical tooling assemblies, for dispositions and best methodology to make repairs, analyze data, and advise on results. AMS assists, supports and provides all aerospace systems computer aided measurements, and assembly tasks.

 

AMS also provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks and projects. AMS gathers and records technical data, analysis results, and implements all engineering design changes. AMS provides specific engineering analysis data reports per CAD models and to drawing specifications. AMS performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas; preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency; and quantitative judgements concerning technical data. AMS utilizes assigned computers and software to perform analyses and provide inspection data reports. AMS may conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluations and analyses. AMS utilizes highly sophisticated computer aided metrology equipment that require knowledge of multiple software applications…
